1. Description of Rebar Rib-peeling and Thread Rolling Connection

Rebar Rib-peeling and Thread Rolling Connection uses special rib-peeling and thread rolling machine to peel ribs and roll threads in one time.

The thread is hardened after being rolled, and the strength increases about 6%-8%, which reduces the weakening to base material. And its tensile strength is 97%-100% of actual tensile strength of the base material, strength performance is very stable.

2. Attention of connecting rebar coupler and rebar.

1) When connect rebar, should ensure the size of rebar coupler and coupler is consistent. The thread diameter, thread shape and pitch, etc. processed on rebar end must be consistent with thread large diameter, thread shape and pitch of rebar coupler. And ensure the thread of rebar coupler and rebar are all clean and no damage.

2) When connect rebar, should align with the axis, and then screw rebar into coupler.

3) After connection, should ensure the two thread ends touch tight in the inner center of coupler, and each length of exposed thread at two sides of coupler should be less than one thread circumference. If it is Extended Type Joint, there are no limit for exposed thread at two sides of coupler, but should have clear marks, in order to check whether the thread length screwed into coupler is enough.
